    Advances Learning Center is seeking an Office Administrator to work in our Watertown, Mass office.  The Office Administrator is responsible for managing multiple office tasks in a busy, high volume office.

    Responsibilities

    The Office Administrator will support our scheduling coordinator and our clinical team with general office duties, including;

    • Assist the Authorizations Coordinator with acquiring, tracking, and entering insurance authorizations into Central Reach for Advances Learning Center clients
    • Coordinate with Learn Behavioral’s Accounts Payable department to pass along vendor invoices, checks, and forms related to employee reimbursement
    • Coordinate with Learn Behavioral’s Client Billing department to process credit cards for ALC parent invoices
    • Initiate credentialing process for new employees for MBHP, Beacon, and BCBS of Mass
    • Re-credential employees as necessary with MBHP and Beacon and manage credentialing spreadsheet
    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
    • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Self-starter, dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently.
